Before stepping into a client-facing role, Joe worked behind the scenes alongside insurance agents, gaining firsthand insight into the industry’s operations. That experience sparked his desire to get licensed and make a more direct impact—helping people navigate their Medicare options with clarity and confidence.

Outside of work, Joe enjoys unplugging with his family and spending time out on the water in his kayak.
